By submitting your idea to the City of Edmonton (City), you agree that the City makes no guarantee or commitment that it will consider or use your idea in any form, and that, at any time, the City may, at its discretion, use, modify, or adapt your idea for City purposes without acknowledgment or recognition. You further agree to give full ownership to any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, industrial design, or any other type of right) to, and waive all rights (including but not limited to moral rights) in favour of the City of Edmonton.
